Responsibilities:
Companionship and conversation
Light housekeeping
Household management
Ambulation assistance/transfers
Eating assistance
Errands
Meal planning and preparation
Laundry and linen changing
Bathing assistance
Dressing assistance
Toileting
Medication reminders
Monitor Alzheimer's & Dementia client

Pay Rates for Hourly Assignments:
Weekdays 5 hours or more- $15.50 per hour
Weekend 5 hours or more- $17.00 per hour
Everyday 4 hours or less - $17.50 per hour
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Valid driver’s license and a vehicle with insurance in your name
Current CNA or HHA with at least 1 year of experience
A Tuberculosis Screening
Ability Pass a criminal background check and drug test
