Family Law Paralegal
The candidate must have Experienced Family and Matrimonial Law paralegal needed for busy and growing Family and Matrimonial Law practice. Paralegal Certificate and minimum of five (5) years experience in a Family and Matrimonial Law practice required. Must be capable of drafting orders, petitions, judgments of divorce and stipulations of settlement, with guidance and instruction from supervising attorney. Ability to draft or assist in drafting motions and ability to perform legal research a must.
