Newly created position for Assistant Office Manager, making this a great opportunity for the right person to advance in their career. Key components for this position would be in-depth experience with automotive payroll processing, familiarity with all the other aspects of H/R and general cross training and experience on the various desks in the office. Proficiency with Reynolds & Reynolds DMS system & Microsoft Excel are a must. Other duties will include reconciling bank statement and monthly parts/warranty statements, controls for efficient cashing of contracts and title submissions to the counties. In addition to excellent pay, this is a stunning work environment, Monday thru Friday work schedule, excellent benefits and a good, positive team to be a part of. This will be ideal for a person with 5-10 years automotive office experience who is ready for a step up in responsibilities and pay.
