The Administrative Program Manager supports the COO of the hospital by assisting with the development and implementation of hospital-wide programs to achieve MHS strategic priorities in partnership with operational and clinical leaders. The incumbent organizes, analyzes, and presents high value analysis and interpretation of data to support hospital operations functions; leads projects related to standard work and workflow efficiencies and improvements; functions as a resource to operational owners for decision-making and execution of large scale, multifaceted key initiatives and/or other strategic projects; onboards operations staff and leadership to drive progress and mentors, educates and facilitates progress towards goals in a complex environment. Minimum Requirements:
- With Bachelor's degree only, five (5) years of recent work experience in a healthcare setting performing any combination of duties in support of program/project planning, development, coordination or operations improvement, strategic planning, data analysis or community development OR
- With Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, three (3) years of applicable work experience required Education/Licenses/Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's degree in Healthcare Administration preferred
