Senior Employee Relations Specialist

Duties: Provides consultation, guidance, advice, and support of employee relations issues for faculty and staff within the School of Medicine. Works with Human Resources Managers, UHR, FEAP, and the Provost office to coordinate and assist in the counsel of employees, supervisors, and Chairs on various employee relations issues including progressive discipline, disciplinary actions and terminations, work environment concerns, consultations and investigations, mediation, performance management and other concerns. Core functions include employee relations consultation, performance management guidance and follow-up, record keeping and reporting, and compliance.
