We are a US based startup, and need a Social Media specialist with the skills and experience of generating ORGANIC leads and audience growth in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube.
You are someone who is constantly researching and educating themselves in understanding how both platforms work NOW, and how they work TOMORROW. To fully optimize our positioning and reach, as these platforms are evolving, and we need to remain with the current trends and flows of the platform.
Must have experience with US market, and be conversational in English language. This is a long term position for the right person.
Weekly Tasks:
All work must be applied, related to, concentrated on our Target Market in the US.
Maintain and update a fashionable, professional and SEO optimized profile, page and groups.
Post, share and promote our content - articles, snippets, info graphics and video.
Identify 3rd party relevant content (mostly video) to share/re-post to our target market.
Cultivate, develop and increase network, audience and potential reach.
Utilize existing customer database to assist in cultivation and growth where possible.
Identify and Join relevant Groups, communities and networks for growth.
Engage, interact and reply in standard language to inbound communications.
Must monitor/check/review and engage daily to maintain a live and active platform.
Work cross functionally and cooperatively with other Marketing Managers and teams.
Schedule Budget:
1 to 3 months: $5 per hour, 20-30 hours per month. Performance Bonus.
3 to 6 months: $5-$8 per hour, 30-50 hours per month. Performance Bonus, depending on review.
6 to 12 months: To be discussed / determined.
