We are looking for a website designer who can update and streamline our existing website, make the site more user friendly, improve the navigation menu (especially) / the content formatting and layout / typography. The theme of the site “look and feel” is that of an exclusive, luxury or presidential resource. One resource we found was [login to view URL] but we are not interested in leasing or subscribing to their services since we want to own the pages ourselves. We will NOT be promoting any designers logo or links on our site.
We are also looking for someone skilled at creating ideal SEO website pages (perhaps html5 CS3 static pages) that are search engine friendly and will help us improve our google ranking for a specific keyword or two. Our site has been online for over 20 years and is indexed well on many of the search engines. Therefore we believe we should keep all our static page URLs the same, and just update the text and graphics and navigation of the site so as to not lose our google indexing and ranking.
Finally, we have a graphic designer who can do any graphics/logo changes (we are looking at a few logo and header options to improve upon our existing site or perhaps modify completely). create a more modern site, focused on creating a presidential or executive feel to it.
Given the financial challenges of todays environment we will be focusing on obtaining a fixed price for the project and will favoring those with the best pricing. The website has 3 contact forms (3 NAV bar links to these contact forms) and an additional 12 NAV bar links to 12 html static webpages (some pages have short and others long content). If your pricing and design sample meet the requirements we will submit to you our website URL for your additional evaluation. We hope to make a selection quickly (within a few days).
