Assistant Director of Career Development
The candidate will be responsible for Counsel students and graduates on job search. Review students and graduate resumes. Coach students and graduates on interviewing skills through mock interviews. Prepares and updates job search materials. Gathers information and provides support for the production of informational and statistical employment reports and surveys produced by the department. Serve as a resource person to graduating students and new alumni for online job search databases and websites. Assist with on-campus recruitment programs such as On Campus Interviews (OCI), Mock Interview Program and Small Firm Reception. Conduct outreach and marketing to small employers for attorney jobs. Attend networking events and meetings of professional organizations.
