English Rose Suites is a residential care provider in Edina, MN offering flexible work schedules and highly competitive pay! Starting pay is $15-$18 per hour based on your experience. No experience or certification required and paid training is provided.

Together we will set the bar high to meet the expectations of our residents through our expertise on dementia, our hands on leadership support, our high staff to resident ratio (1-3) and our unwavering commitment to recognizing and advancing our exceptional caregivers!
We offer flexible schedules, highly competitive wages, $15-$18 per hour with opportunity for advancement in a small locally owned company. You won’t get lost in a crowd! Our beautiful residential care homes are located in Edina, where only six residents reside in each home.
Job Requirements
*Qualifications:
-Ability to work every other weekend and every other holiday (double pay for holidays!)
-Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and be on your feet for 7-8 hours
-Ability to make independent decisions when necessary
-Possess strong oral and written communication skills
-Professional appearance and etiquette
-Dementia experience a plus, but not required.
Valid Drivers License required
