Description
SeniorBridge is hiring PRN/Part-Time RNs to provide in-home Infusion Therapy and services to our senior clients. SeniorBridge is Humana's Private Pay Home Care division.

Responsibilities
Infusion services are administered one-on-one, in-home and each visit takes about 2-3 hours. Work as little or as much as your schedule allows. Current need is PRN, but this could become a Full-Time position over time.
You should be confident and competent at starting an IV unassisted within 2 attempts. Effective listening is critical to the job, as well as customer service orientation.
This is a terrific opportunity to provide focused care without the rush and multi-tasking required in other care settings. SeniorBridge clients are located throughout Long Island. Let's talk to discuss your location and availability. We will pay for your time and reimburse for mileage.
Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse with a NY License, and no disciplinary action
2 years of experience of in Acute Care, Critical Care or Infusion Therapy
Ability to travel to client residences on Long Island
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport
Ability to work with minimal supervision within the role and scope
Ability to learn and use electronic information applications/software programs including electronic medical records
Excellent keyboard and web navigation skills
Reliable transportation
This role is a part of Humana's Driver Safety program. Requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license, a clean driving record and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100,000/300,000/100,00 limits.
This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana At Home's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.
We will require full COVID vaccination (**** for this job as we are a healthcare company committed to putting health and safety first for our members, patients, associates and the communities we serve. This job requires close personal interaction with patients. You will not be able to social distance.
If progressed to offer, you will be required to provide proof of full vaccination where allowed by law. Medical and religious exemptions will be considered on a case by case basis.
Preferred Qualifications
BSN
IV certification
2-3 years of in home or infusion experience
