As a Customer Intelligence analyst
you will primarily assist in execution of key components of the vision for the newly formed account intelligence practice in the market intelligence team.
The account intelligence practice will ensure target the sweet spot customers and maximize the size of sales opportunity by providing stakeholders with in-depth view of customers by augmenting internal data (account, contact, asset, product, etc.) as well as external data (sales revenue, job hiring, expanding/growing, competitive presence, key decision makers, and etc.).
You'll work with a team of highly competent individuals to execute account intelligence projects flawlessly in order to support marketing and sales organizations.
This job requires strong knowledge & experience in data management and business processes in the software industry.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Collect account intelligence requirements from stakeholders
Author account intelligence requirements document, i.e. project scope, statement of work (SOW), project plan based on business needs
Manage account intelligence projects with high quality deliverables
Interface with stakeholders to effectively resolve issues and remove barriers to project success
Perform data analysis and QA to ensure that business requirements were met as stated in SOW (Statement of Work)
Participate in building and defining account intelligence practice
Researching and analyzing post-delivery data issues and business impact
