Website design with subscription service

Website design with subscription service
I need a professionally designed website with a well designed graphic logo.
This website will need to include a monthly pay subscription service. I need the website to be secure and accept credit card and PayPal payments. I also need the user to fill out a form such as birthday and other information.
I prefer for the website to be in Wordpress, but it isn’t a requirement.
I would need for you to make small changes over the next 3 months after completion. Any changes I request after the initial project would be very minimal though.
