Policy Analyst - (Program Director 1)
Duties: Conducts and/or oversees senior-level policy research including: complex analyses of federal and state laws and policies, case studies, structured interviews, data analysis and distils and synthesizes this information into policy reports and implementation tools. Presents findings from research to clients through presentations at conferences, on webinars and/or through conference calls. Provides technical assistance to local, state and national organizations, delivers presentations and assists in developing new business. Technical assistance may include planning and facilitating group processes (including strategic planning), coaching clients on implementing research-based practices and organizational and system change, assisting with performance measurement and quality improvement and delivering presentations. As with all Center staff, maintains excellent relationships with all clients and participates in new business development.
