Profile

Kennedys is seeking a lawyer to join its dispute resolution team in Bermuda where we practice as a merged profession, performing the roles of both barristers and solicitors.
The role will involve working on complex, high value litigation and arbitration matters, in particular cases involving financial services, professional services, insurance, company, trusts, insolvency and regulatory matters.
This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual to join our growing team. We operate at the top of our field and pride ourselves on offering service levels and legal representation that are among the highest in Bermuda.
Candidates are sought with approximately three to six years post qualification experience as a solicitor or barrister. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate relevant experience and an ability to work to a high standard. Experience of working on complex, high value cases and/or offshore experience would be a bonus. First-class legal research, drafting and organisational skills are essential.
