Job Details:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Web Content Manager responsible for formulating a web strategy that enhances brand awareness and increases corporate reputation online through the corporate website. You will be responsible for delivering a premium experience for a global audience by building a strategic vision for telling our One Tyson story.  
Accountable for overseeing the planning, creation, and publishing of all website content , you will successfully balance “big picture” strategic thinking with detailed planning, coordination, and execution—ensuring the corporate web content strategy supports our enterprise-wide business goals.
The Web Content Manager will create and maintain domestic and global web playboo ks and establish and uphold Tyson web standards and best practices. Supporting global markets, you will advise country teams’ web strategy, roadmaps and user journey s and create and drive efforts to plan, launch and monitor localization and translation capabilities. The Web Content Manager will collaborate closely with the IT technical team to conduct A/B testing and implement actionable insights. You will produce technical and content roadmaps and en sure effective alignment on messaging, priorities, brand standards and measurement of campaign effectiveness .
Driving our web anal ytics program, yo u will establish a web measurement framework, identify web and user-behaviors and le ad SEO strategy with agency partner s producing industry and branded search insights that optimize content and identify gaps. You will also lead our paid search strategy with agency partners, pointing specific and trending search visitors to the right content. Performing competitor and industry research, y ou will also share insights and web technologies with cross-functional teams.
Role requires a self-starter with an ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines within the organization, including marketing, IT, legal and ethics and compliance .

R equirements :
EDUCATION:
Requires B achelor’s degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Web Design , Di gital M arketing, or C omm unications related discipline required
EXPERIENCE:
At least 7 y ears of web content, development, or digital experience , preferably in consumer facing organization
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Extensive experience with Drupal, AEM and/or WordPress . Experience optimizing websites
COMMUNICATION SKILLS:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
SPECIAL SKILLS:
Experience turning analytics and testing data (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimize) into actionable insights. Excellent project management skill including use of Basecamp and Jira. Knowledge of web accessibility best practices and ADA requirements.
This position can be based out of Tyson corporate offices in either Springdale, Arkansas or Chicago, Illinois
