Must have J.D. or equivalent graduate degree with 5+ years of increasing experience in social justice-based advocacy. Knowledge in the fields of criminal justice, civil rights, and/or African-American studies required. Must have administrative and supervisory experience, management acumen, financial skills. Should have proven track record and strong appetite for grant-writing, grant management, and fundraising.
