The Senior Program Delivery Professional strategically identifies, develops, and implements programs that influence providers, members or market leadership towards value-based relationships and/or improved quality metrics. The Senior Program Delivery Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Responsibilities

The Senior Program Delivery Professional Role Overview:


Developing the Dashboard for the Provider Data Validation Program (PDV)
Partners with leaders regarding implementation planning for Workflow Design
Reviews and communicates results of programs.
Partners with Leaders to influence department's strategy.
Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction.
Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Coordination with Business Markets to communicate results of the PDV Program


Required Qualifications


High School Diploma
5 years' experience working with SQL & Microsoft O365 (TEAMS, Word, Excel Pivot Table, Access)
2 years strong Project Management Experience
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Must be available to work Monday - Friday 8:00-5:00 PM in EST or CST (flexibility is needed as the hours will change due to the needs of the business)


Work at Home Requirements


Must ensure designated work area is free from distractions during work hours and virtual meetings
Must provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a workspace (Satellite and Hotspots are prohibited). A minimum standard speed of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) for optimal performance of is required


Preferred Qualifications


Bachelor's degree/Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
Medical Records Management
PMP certification
Workflow design experience
Knowledge and experience in health care environment/managed care
Certified Professional Coder
Strong analytical skills
Medicare Risk Adjustment Experience

Interview Process

As part of our hiring process, we will be using an exciting interviewing technology provided by Modern Hire, a third-party vendor. This technology provides our team of recruiters and hiring managers an enhanced method for decision-making.
