Duties: Prepare for closings and assist with copying at closing. Contact Bank, Buyer, and/or Seller to gather information for closings. Draft real estate documents for attorney review. Enter Title Insurance information into the system for processing and review by attorney. Assist in the preparation and witnessing of estate planning documents. Assist in drafting documents for commercial purchases and sales. Assist in the preparation of documents for small business entity formation. Assist in the preparation of probate pleadings and correspondence. Efiling/eservice in state district court. Assist with answering phones and administrative tasks as needed.
