Must have the proven ability to train and motivate people, maximize profitability and achieve #1 ranking for CSI in the region. Requires verifiable reports showing improvements in these categories while supervising a staff of 30-35 including technicians, service advisors, warranty admin and other support positions. This person will be the face and the voice of the dealership when dealing with high earning clientele and the manufacturer.
