Facility Project Coordinator
Duties: Organize and provide supervision for facility projects and small office renovations. Prepare project RFPs, analyze bids, and chart results for presentation to the Director of Facilities and Operations. Respond to the facility project needs for all departments. Provide input for facility project-related budgets and pay facility project-related invoices. Working in conjunction with the Facilities Manager, closely monitor and resolve facility problems with repeat occurrences, i.e., plumbing, lighting, and HVAC problems. Work with the building property managers and engineers to resolve situations related to plumbing and electrical issues, elevator and other building issues; coordinate the preventative maintenance on the building HVAC systems, and keep the appropriate staff updated. Work with and oversee assignments and projects assigned to the Facilities Assistant Lead. Routinely provide updates to the department director on projects and other department-related issues. Maintain an inventory of firm furniture and facilitate the sale of used furniture. File and keep updated vendor Certificates of Insurance with the building property management company.
