BIAS Corporation, an Oracle Certified Platinum Partner, is seeking a top tier Oracle EBS Apps Tech Manager for its Oracle Applications Practice based out of its Atlanta headquarters.

Description:

The Oracle EBS Apps Tech Manager will have strong experience in proposing, estimating, designing and developing technical solutions for Oracle Applications. The ideal individual will possess a deep understanding of the Oracle E-Business Suite technical architecture. In addition, this individual will possess some functional understanding in one or more of the four major ERP business areas (Financials, SCM, HCM, and CRM). This will be a leadership role responsible for the technical aspects of both Oracle R12 as well as Fusion Application based solutions. Travel to customer sites is expected as necessary.

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities are as follows:
** Lead the development of technical solutions for BIAS** EBS customer base
** Development of reference architectures, BIAS packaged solutions and novel approaches to EBS hosting and integration
** Development of technical staff including mentorship of junior resources, management of experienced staff and practice**s technical growth
** Delivery of technical presentations to community user groups and customer audiences
** Creation and publication of white papers related to EBS technical and industry solutions
** Collaboration with cross functional BIAS Practice Groups including but not limited to:
o BI ** developing solutions and best practices for OBIA, Hyperion, and other EPM technologies leveraging EBS source data
o SOA ** developing solutions and best practices for AIA, Fusion Applications, and other composite application solutions leveraging Oracle SOA Suite and E-Business Suite
o Cloud Services - developing solutions and best practices for Oracle EBS hosting, high availability, and support.
** Documentation and management best practices including customization of OUM/AIM templates, PMO processes, and estimation tools development

Desired Technical Knowledge:
** Understanding of business processes/business flows and the underlying technical architecture / table structure of the Oracle R12 and Fusion Applications
** Hands on experience with ADF development; experience with custom application development in Java (JSP/JSF, JMS, EJB, etc.) is desired.
** Proficiency with tools used to support Oracle Applications 11i/R12 development
** In depth understanding of integration alternatives including Oracle SOA Suite, AIA, EDI integration and custom XML/web services and how to apply the alternatives to the Oracle E-Business Suite.
o Previous use and understanding of the AIM artifacts required during the project (BR.080, MD.050, MD.070 etc).
o Expertise with Forms Personalization including ADF, OAF, and Oracle Forms 11g.
o Thought leadership as it pertains to design and coding standards for extensions to the Oracle Applications.
