Website Graphic Designer
Tech start up looking for an experienced graphic designer to work remotely in tandem with our creative director to develop the branding (color schemes, typeface, visual brand identity & assets). We will be redesigning our current site, once we begin the project we will go through the site so you have a full understanding of what we are trying to accomplish. We have a dedicated html/CSS developer to bring your designs to life. Clear, organized instructions will need to accompany the designs so that our front end developer can program the designs properly. After that has been established, phase 2 will be implementing the design structure into the layout and web design of the site. Our aesthetic is modern, bold, and clean. All design direction will be given, reviewed, and edited by creative director, but we welcome suggestions and creativity. The right candidate should have a firm grasp on web design, marketing best practices, and social media demographics, and should be familiar with the world of influencer marketing. They should feel comfortable creating multiple mood boards and working collaboratively with the creative director. We’re a small team consisting of a html/css programmer, a back end coding developer, the founder/idea man, and an experienced creative director with a proven background in branding, copywriting, and marketing. We prefer someone on the East Coast so that we don’t have to work around a time difference.
This position has the potential to grow into a full time remote position including company stock once launched. $2k is our max budget for this job as most of the content is on a pre-existing site. We are looking to redesign and minimize current site with mobile in mind. U.S freelancers only & English as a first language. Preferably be on the East coast to avoid time differences.
