Duties: Research Methods, Theory, Professional Writing, and Ethics. Federal Law Enforcement. Crime and Intelligence Analysis. Probation, Parole and Restorative Justice. Behavior Analysis. Administration and Police Executive Management. Adjunct/affiliate faculty are expected to teach a specified course; prepare materials including course syllabus; provide support and guidance to students; evaluate and assess student performance; participate in Assurance of Learning practices; work with Graduate Program Director; learn and/or update on the use of Blackboard. Teach a specified course. Prepare course materials. Provide support and guidance to students. Evaluate student performance. Participate in Assurance of Learning practices. Work with Graduate Program Director. Learn and/or update on the use of Blackboard. Serve as liaison between professional community and SJU Graduate CJ Director. .Support Career Development Services Engage students in research opportunities. Mentor students through research, attendance, and participation in professional organizations. May require standing for long periods of time, talking for long periods of time and carrying course materials.
