The person is willing to quickly learn/use a simple to use licensed email software called Group-Mail 6 (check-it-out a free version for now [login to view URL]) and able to enter the new eNewsletters URL plus our database of >10K email addresses in excel in PC and send the new created eNewsletter once every fortnight (14 days)> We pay per eNewsletter sent.
