TITLE: Drop Ship Coordinator

LOCATION: NYC Metro (Remote). This role will be remote, with some travel to our Camuto Group offices in Manhattan 

REPORTS TO: Drop Ship Manager

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING. OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED.

*Assist the Drop Ship Manager and Account Executives with vendor direct to consumer e-commerce wholesale account needs - DSW, Nordstrom, JS.com, Macy's, Amazon, Bloomingdales, and Dillard's *Responsible for managing the drop ship account orders and inventory for all wholesale brands - Vince Camuto, Jessica Simpson, Lucky Brand *Enter drop ship wholesale account orders after confirming with the sales, planning, and production teams. *Review monthly on order with production to ensure on time deliveries. *Process all order maintenance changes which includes pricing, NRF, and delivery updates. *Execute weekly account style replenishment inventory moves in our product management system. *Run daily on-order reports, flow new arrival inventory into each commerce warehouse, and communicate style adds to the account representatives. *As needed work with EDI/IT teams to resolve any transmission issues *Receive, analyze, and address any customer complaints and work to resolve *Work with production, logistics and management on meeting monthly forecast goals *Seasonal load of wholesale products, content, and digital assets into the Camuto Group Product Information Management System, Salsify.
*Required to complete seasonal on order assortment account setups and content/imagery sharing utilizing Salsify. *Monitor several commerce sites daily ensuring items are live and product descriptions and pricing is accurate. *Accountable for weekly allocating inventory between each site based on selling performance. *Complete account required reporting and present relevant findings to management. *Review the photo studio PDP imagery google docs ensuring all imagery is delivered prior to the ETA. *Work closely with production on ensuring the seasonal web detail content meets each vendors requirement.
 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

*Bachelors College Degree required, and comparable corporate work experience preferred *Ability to interact with cross functional teams while remaining flexible, proactive, and efficient *Customer service driven *Demonstrated professionalism and attention to detail *Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel *Excellent verbal and written communication skills
