Hudl is seeking a
Revenue Operations Specialist - Commissions
to administer and
facilitate the development and implementation of our incentive compensation plans for our Competitive business unit,
who service sports teams at High Schools, Clubs, and Middle Schools.
As an integral part of the Revenue Operations team, this role works closely with a wide range of internal stakeholders to structure
compensation plans that align sales behaviors with corporate goals.
This role will be responsible for
administering the commission plans within the assigned Business Unit, ensuring accurate commission checks, timely submission to payroll, resolutions of any queries or disputes, continual availability of statements and reports to users for transparency into results, and requirement gathering for any needed changes to the Commission System (SPIFF).
In addition, this role will require regular analysis and reporting to align with Finance and other parts of the business to provide insight into where and how the plans are performing against the intended outcomes.

You are
Experienced.
You have worked with commission or variable incentive plans before, and understand the core principles behind them
Detail Oriented.
You have excellent organizational skills and have the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively while ensuring the accuracy of work through attention to detail
Strategic
.You have demonstrated an ability to anticipate needs and provide ideas for continual improvement
Passionate.
You recognize the impact that an incentive program has on sales outcomes, and continually want to make sure that the highest quality and accuracy is delivered against the current state, and ideate regularly to bring an improved future state
You will
Collaborate
with our frontline teams, payroll, FP&A, the rest of the revenue operations team and others to continually be aligned
Listen
to your colleagues and stakeholders, taking time to learn about their world and our customer’s world so as to always be in an informed position while administering the incentive plans
Measure
the success of the commissions plans and help to inform accurate forecasting, while providing insight and ideas for future improvement
Quality Control
across a wide range of checks and balances, driving towards 99.9% accuracy in all commission checks sent
Be a trusted partner.
You will work to resolve any disputes regarding commissions. You will also Partner with the rest of the Revenue Operations and Enablement team to deliver these changes in a way that are clear and embed into the standard operating procedures
Help to improve.
You will work with to ensure regular evaluation of the accuracy and effectiveness of our current processes and system configuration
