**Eligible for $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment!! (Must show up for work within this time also clock in and out!)
As a Caregiver with New Hope, we encourage building relationships with clients. We are dedicated to providing the best care. New Hope strives for improving the quality of life by showing the care and love clients need. We want you to treat the clients like family. You as their caregiver will help perform simple non-medical tasks, meal prep, companionship, transportation, and light housekeeping. Showing compassion, patience, and dependability will bring joy to your clients by making them feel encouraged and involved!
New Hope is looking for individuals that are self-motivated, compassionate, trustworthy, and willing to learn through experience and receiving feedback.

Flexibility – We understand how difficult it can be to find a job that balances your time with kids, or other priorities. We’ll do our best to provide flexible options that work with your schedule.
Location: We try to keep you in the area you live in so our caregivers will not have to travel far.
Mileage: You are paid up to 20 miles a week per client if you take the client to the doctor, have to go to the pharmacy, or if go to the store for the client.
Responsibilities:
Preparing snacks and meals to help sustain and satisfy the client.
Encouraging light exercise, if possible to keep the client active and physically moving.
Tidying up the house and helping with basic light housekeeping tasks that keep the home environment neat and enjoyable for the client.
Transporting the client to nearby appointments or engagements. Take the clients to social activities, fairs, and events in the community or with family and friends.

Job Requirements
Must be 18 years or older.
MUST be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
Proof of valid driver's licenses and social security card.
Reliable transportation.
Valid insurance if transporting clients.
