Responsibilities: Evaluate faculty credentials as part of the hiring and scheduling processes for the Criminal Justice and Paralegal programs. Perform developmental and evaluative classroom observations, facilitate post-observation discussions, and assist faculty in creation of developmental plans. Assist the dean in ongoing faculty development and faculty development planning and delivery. Assist the dean in developing and maintaining the Professional Teaching Portfolio to affect the quality of teaching and learning in their program area. Participate in the curriculum monitoring and development process. Organize and monitor subject-specific campus-wide initiative and activities. Adhere to and uphold all established operational policies and procedures. Reviews beginning and end-of-term paperwork for quality assurance purposes and accuracy of information. Required to teach at minimum 1 online course per semester as assigned by the dean. Complete any other duties as assigned.
