Job Requirements
Valid CHHA
[Certified Home Health Aide] license in NJ
Current Medical Records [within the year]
: Physical Exam
TB Testing (2-Step PPD /Chest X-Ray /IGRA Bloodwork)
MMR Titers or Immunization records
2 Work references
Hourly employees
MUST
have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation RELIABLE: consistently on-time and with no call outs
Pleasant, kind, helpful, positive personality
Must speak and understand English well
