Labor And Employee Relations Manager

Duties: Reporting directly to the Labor and Employee Relations Director, will provide labor relations support in a highly unionized campus environment comprising numerous bargaining units and a broad range of employer distinctions (including student employees). Acting as lead negotiator in contract negotiations, consulting with managers on contract related issues, managing grievance resolution, and providing efficient contract administration. Will support effective administration and implementation of the University's collective bargaining agreements with unions. Will provide consultative support to managers on a variety of union and nonunion employees relations matters, including investigation and resolution of employee complaints.
