Amada Senior Care is seeking a Part Time In Home Caregiver to take care of our client in San Francisco.
Responsibilities:
Work two 12 hour / shifts paid overtime.
Provide routine individualized care to a male client, living at home with his wife.
Monitor and report changes in patient health status
Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patient
Provide specialized healthcare such as transferring (125 lbs) and experience in using a Hoyer Lift.
Meal Preparation
Light homework / laundry and linens
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields
Experience in Hoyer Lifts and Transfers
Positive and patient demeanor
Ability to build rapport with patient
Ability to handle physical workload
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
