Deputy General Counsel
The candidate will partner with the General Counsel to provide end-to-end legal advice and support on abroad range of corporate initiatives including: public company readiness and working on commercial transactions including strategic customer and supply deals from inception to closing. Will assist with the oversight and administration of compliance and training programs including Code of Conduct, Anti-Corruption, Data Privacy/Security, Incident Response, and Import/Export Controls. Partner with marketing and communications teams to continue to implement public company readiness and best practices. Must have a JD from an ABA-accredited law school and an active bar license in good standing with 10+ years of legal practice experience and extensive in-house experience. Experience working in a product development and manufacturing company required. Must have strong background in securities laws and experience with public company/SEC reporting. Should have background negotiating and managing M&A transaction activities. Must have understanding of IP related matters and emerging technology issues. Government contracts experience a plus.
