The Cedars-Sinai Medical Care Foundation is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our Adult Family Care Department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Independently obtain a relevant health and medical history Perform a physical examination based on age and history and dictates a progress note if needed with the appropriate physicians Perform and/or orders preventive and diagnostic procedures based on the patients age and history Help the physicians provide screening, consultation and answers to incoming questions from referring physicians Identify health and medical risk factors Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree and graduate of ARC-PA Program License/Certification Requirements: Certification by the National Commission of Physician Assistants DEA License required or eligible to obtain BLS from American Heart Association Experience: Minimum 1 year of Primary Care Physician Assistant experience strongly preferred.
