California Seniors Care is looking for kind, compassionate and enthusiastic caregivers to join our growing team. CSC provides non-medical in-home care services to seniors and people with disabilities throughout Santa Clara County.
Our caregivers are the heart of the company and at CSC we want our caregivers to feel valued and appreciated. CSC caregivers receive competitive pay, caregiver of the month rewards, referral bonus, flexible schedules, reimbursed mileage, overtime after 8 hours, holiday pay for shifts worked, paid training, scrubs, and friendly office staff that are always glad to help and support our caregivers.
Currently we are hiring multiple caregivers in Saratoga, Santa Clara, San Jose, Palo Alto, and throughout Santa Clara County to assist with activities of daily living.
Tasks would include:
Meal preparation
Incontinent care (assist with toileting needs)
Transfer assistance
Bathing, grooming and dressing
Medication reminders
Light housekeeping
Companionship
Exercise encouragement
Transportation (if needed)
Job Requirements
2 years of direct care experience preferred
Home Care Aide Registry (HCA)
Recent TB test
CA Drivers license / CA State ID
Reliable Transportation
Capable of lifting a minimum of 50lbs
Experience with transfers
