As a Development Engineer youll be responsible for new product development and design activities for 3D printed products from conceptualization through product release.

What youll do


Conceptualize, design, prototype, develop, test and launch new 3D printed luminaires, components and platforms

Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to bring custom designs to life

Understand and communicate customer, technical and regulatory requirements

Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and help continually improve ways of working (WoW) to achieve faster time to market, meet customer needs, and foster a great culture

Stay up-to-date on additive manufacturing trends and capabilities to bring new insights to the team

Your qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design or other Engineering discipline and 0-1 years of relevant professional experience.

Working knowledge of 3-D modeling software for both solid and surface modelling applications (preferably SolidWorks and Rhino)

Experience in new product development process

Affinity with Ideation Methods, Design Thinking, and Design for X(assembly, manufacturing, etc.), Agile and Lean methodologies.

Familiarity with 3D printing technology and development is a plus

Salary/Incentive/Benefits

Salary range from $59,775 to $79,700

AI bonus Target 5%
