Spring Internship
The intern will shadow senior attorneys to observe, learn ten assist in all phases of prosecution. Will assist on legal research; observing court proceedings; interviewing witnesses; observing plea bargains; pre-trial motions; appellate briefs; correspondence; trial practice. Students with third year practice certification are allowed to try cases. 2L students are considered. Virginia law students are preferred.
