Assistant General Counsel - Transactions
The candidate will be responsible for assisting with municipal finance transactions. Will assist with drafting and negotiating a wide range of of contracts and providing legal counsel to senior management, various departments, and schools. Will work under the direct supervision of the Assistant Deputy General Counsel. Will work with outside legal counsel, financial advisors, and CPS management on municipal finance transactions; Reviews, drafts, and negotiates a broad range of contracts and agreements for client departments; and Reviews and assists with the development of Bids, Requests for Proposal, and Requests for Qualification in cooperation with Procurement and other departments.
