Essential Functions:
Performs personal care activities contained in written care plans which includes but is not limited to assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLS) such as:
Personal hygiene (assisting to bathroom, bathing, care of mouth, skin and hair)
Ambulation, transfers, repositioning
Shaving
Medication Reminders
Meal preparation
Companionship
Job Requirements
*Requirements to be a Right At Home Employee*
MUST be able to work for any employer in the US
A TB test that has been performed in the past 90 days
Must be able to pass a Live Scan fingerprint background check
Clean DMV Check
Must be able to read and speak English
Must have an active Home Care Aide (HCA) number with the CA Home Care Aide Registry. If you have not already done so, you will need to register. (We can help walk you through this process if needed)
At least 1 year of caregiving experience is preferred
