Job Summary

Thinks creatively to produce new concepts and innovative high quality graphic designs using a wide range of media, including photography and computer aided design. Works with Creative Services Manager to produce creative tactics that support Employee Communications and Public Relations objectives. Ensures efficient workflow process of designs. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own subject area. Background in print and digital graphic design. Highly collaborative individual who thrives in working with collaborators and creative team, as well as independently.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities


Develops and completes logos, branding, digital signage, digital toolkits, PowerPoint presentations, social media creative and other digital design assets in support of employee communications and public relations strategies.
Leads content creation for digital signage and screensavers.
Designs and implements pre-press production and readying materials for print.
Develops design concepts, drives creative campaigns and assures seamless production of quality results.
Possess a 'can do' demeanor and is passionate about design, font selection, art arrangement and providing a quality product.
Highly upbeat individual who thrives working with collaborators and creative team, as well as independently.
Develops creative strategy independently or in partnership with senior creative lead(s) and/or virtual team.
Effectively handles all projects under their control in a highly organized and proactive manner at a level that enables them to balance all aspects of a job from concept to completion.
Acts as a guide on a variety of technology platforms and graphic design software.
Uses curiosity to ask the right questions of collaborators and fellow staff members enabling them to relentlessly pursue successful strategies.
Open to constructive feedback and handles objections in a professional manner
Is patient, understanding and respectful of the disparate types of people they encounter in their day-to-day job.
Understands the position and role of creative in the bigger picture corporate environment.
Is high-reaching and a constant learner, demonstrating a continuous curiosity of industry trends, standard methodologies, and thought provoking creative that then shares that knowledge with the team.
Understands and adheres to all legal expectations with regards to copyright, rights clearance, vendor agreements, terms and conditions, and licensing.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be willing to assist the video team in the field as a Production Assistant as needed.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related subject area.
Minimum of 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience at a company or agency.
Validated proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
Validated experience crafting for print and digital media.
Outstanding creativity and innovative design skills.
Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a corporate environment.
Desire to keep building skills with education and training.
Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing a plus.
Motion graphics experience a plus, but not required.
