Humana's Enterprise Shared Services (ESS) organization is expanding the Knowledge & Learning Solutions team and looking for an Experience Strategy & Transformation Lead that is experienced in enterprise search products. The Enterprise Search Lead enhances the consumer experience by architecting experiences and building capabilities that will transform enterprise search and knowledge management for our associates and customers across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

The Experience Strategy & Transformation Lead, Enterprise Search, leads transformations and experience improvement development for enterprise search and content management. This role will lead the Implementation of an enterprise knowledge platform that meets foundational needs while also enabling consistent, proactive and contextually relevant data across channels.

For anyone located within 50 miles of Louisville, this position will start as remote/work at home due to current COVID restrictions, but will resume as a hybrid position once restrictions have been lifted and it is determined safe to return to the office.

Required Qualifications


Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
4 years' experience in system ownership and execution
2 years of project leadership experience
Previous experience in platform administration, integration and execution, knowledge and search based platforms preferred
Experience managing execution of product roadmap, including the development backlog and prioritization of needs and requirements
Demonstrated leadership abilities to lead a team working across enterprise stakeholder groups to address business needs, perform audits, drive efficiency, increase adoption while keeping operational key measure in mind
Creativity navigating the demands of our organization with system implementation
Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs
Detail oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills
Demonstrated ability to make independent judgments
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Exercises independent judgement and decision making
Uses Independent Judgement requiring analysis of variable factors and determining best course of action


Work at Home/Remote Requirements


Must ensure designated work area is free from distractions during work hours and virtual meetings
Must provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a workspace (Satellite and Hotspots are prohibited). A minimum standard speed of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) for optimal performance of is required

Master's Degree
Program and/or Project Management experience
Member/Consumer Experience design experience
Previous experience leading teams
Learning systems experience
Experience with Coveo and Verint
