Associate General Counsel, Legal Management
The candidate, under the direction of the Executive Director Legal Affairs, will provide legal advice and counsel on contracts, commercial disputes, and general civil litigation. Will prepare legal documents and coordinate legal matters that have been assigned to outside counsel. Ensure compliance with all relevant statutes and regulations, and coordinate compliance with the New Jersey Open Public Records Act. Should have graduated from an accredited law school with a license to practice law in the State of New Jersey. Must have 3 years of general litigation experience.
