Job Description: Content Marketing OperationsNeed someone with Project management and multitasking skills. Need professional here not someone from retails store background.This role sits within Eagle Strategies, a wholly-owned subsidiary of *** and is based in New York. Candidates must have experience proofreading and editing content related to wealth management and financial planning topics and themes.Key responsibilities:• Handle all tasks related to updating and maintaining content across platforms (working with vendors, SMEs, Compliance, content publishing platform, etc.)• Update and maintain master expiration report• Ensure that all content is updated and posted to various platform before their expiration dates• Support the daily setup and distribution of emails• Manage relationship with print vendors to ensure that collateral inventory levels are adequately maintained and replenished when required• Support the execution of content marketing initiatives when necessaryRequirements• BA/BS required with 2 – 4 years of related work experience, preferably within financial services• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks is a must• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with very tight deadlines• Strong ability to communicate effectively• Proven hands-on experience working with an email marketing platformComments for Suppliers: Per the manager - most of the candidates that have come through are primarily candidates with a communications background.
