Product Development Business Partner Senior
The candidate’s duties include: Contribute thought leadership and business insight to support continuous improvement and innovation for our internal suite of products. Investigate, assess and recommend initiatives to capitalize on market opportunities and address emerging issues related to products and operations. Support business growth by cultivating a market presence and leveraging networks and industry knowledge to provide best-in-class solutions. End-to-end development of new insurance products to support underwriting business in Professional Liability lines (including D&O, E&O, Cyber) and standard P&C Lines. Provide technical expertise to MRSI business units regarding insurance coverages, policy construction and insurance contract language. Coordinate efforts with business units and other shared service areas as appropriate. Compare and analyze competitor insurance policies, providing a competitive edge, best-in-class products and deliberative underwriting. The role reports to the Head of Product Development and will also be responsible for overseeing market-leading product development in consultation with senior-level management for assigned business units.
