Profile

Front End: Rebuild an application specific webpage more effectively (strong JS & html focus, can use ANY you like if it works beter)
A page is already-built and functions well within its current application; but has many limitations.
It is run by a few .JS pages for an engine - I would like these pages to be rebuilt, with changes to the .php/html main page as necessary
The combined application webpage uses some older coding tricks to function, and isnt effective with a few modern CSS tricks and other webpage modifications
I want you to rebuild the JS applications into an equally-but-better functioning single script or set of scripts. You need to have the webpage work not only as it currently does, but with better response, original code design, and a couple of specific statements-options based on universal time
The scripts currently built focus on displaying multiple images quickly & will be rebuilt with the same focus, but in a more-efficient manner using original code formats and a more functional JS design
The code NEEDS to be easy to replicate certain elements within lists for easy deletion or addition of images in the future by myself or another admin who adeptly understands JS/HTML code (further details upon request)
---- Goals and needs: ----
--convert the function of multiple JS pages into 1 JS script, which functions with an already built webpage
-hourly time dependent functions to display images for a couple lists
-Mobile friendly code
-images load more-effective than current setup
-easy ability to replicate elements for the addition or deletion of image selections in the future
-remove unnecessary code from the HTML page for seamless function between the two pages (JS and HTML)
-LAMP stack with web-directories
- You: must enjoy streamlining effective JS applications on an original webpage
- You: It can and should be done within a small time-window if you know HTML/JS well
- You: Overall design for html/php webpage is already in place. Some html tweaks and changes may be needed, but not much - NO major CSS issues expected (design colors have already been chosen in case any tweak is needed)
- You: like to have fun solving interesting simple-issues with code to make it more effective
- You: Like an original, but simple coding challenge
- You: all original code needs to be developed by you using the same function as the scripts in place to make the webpage work (you have total access to all scripts, old and new)
- You: are competent with web page display, and what people (all of the consumers, you and I) like and don’t like with viewing data
-You: are not limited by just traditional JS, but can use any common language or application such as JQuery if it functions more effectively for your vision of a better end product
-You: Like to have fun with code!
