The Knowledge Management Sr. Specialist is responsible for supporting a team of learning professionals in the successful creation of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. learning programs and solutions across multiple formats. This role focuses on the development of learning experiences that factors in the needs of employees, customers and the business. This role will support our processes and knowledge management tools.

Responsibilities:
Assists in KM content efforts such as large business projects, clean-ups, overhauls, and migrations
Maintains working knowledge of content within the KM solution, reports any issues as needed, and conducts investigative research as prompted by Legal teams
Performs content audits to ensure consistency in format and content across the Enterprise, remediating redundant/conflicting Knowledge where applicable
Maintains and champions the use of quality resources including style guides and best practice documents
Supports KM Authoring model strategy by maintaining working relationships with Content Owners, performing author certifications, and answering in-the-moment questions relating to Knowledge and Content
Basic Qualifications:
2 years knowledge management or related experience
2 years of experience with organization and management of content
1 year of experience interpreting, applying, and explaining complex policies and procedures
1 year of experience authoring, designing, and publish content using digital publishing platforms for large audiences
Experience working with formatting, categorizing, and style guides
