Polsinelli, a top AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a patent prosecution associate to join our growing EE & CS Patent Prosecution Group in Los Angeles. Interested candidates must possess a USPTO registration number, strong technical experience or background, superb writing skills, and solid law firm experience. Ideal candidates will have real-world engineering experience, 3 years of patent prosecution experience, and a degree in electrical engineering. IP litigation experience is a plus. Recent graduates with patent prosecution experience from a law school patent clinic will be considered.
