Assistant Professor of Professional Practice
The candidate will work closely with faculty of Management. Should be prepared to teach multiple preparations of courses in Business Law, International Business Law, Commercial Law, Employment Law, Consumer Law, Environmental Law and current Business Ethics issues. Candidates should be prepared to take on a significant role in service and outreach as well. Should have extensive international travel experience can also teach Study Abroad courses as well. Should hold a terminal degree in an associated field; a J.D. with an LL.M is preferred. Candidates should have 5+ years of professional experience in addition to 5-10 years of academic experience showing a demonstrated excellence in teaching. Should express a commitment to offering a wide range of courses. Candidates must be academically qualified upon the start date and must maintain qualifications for reappointment. The successful candidate will be able to work in a collegial environment.
