Roles and Responsibilities
Update and maintain company office drawings and documents, product data information, and specifications utilizing AutoCAD (v2016, v14, v200i, v2004), SolidWorks, Solid Edge, and EPlan.
Write reports, input data, and analyze data with the use of many various computer program applications: Made2Manage, SharePoint, Epicor, SELS, AMPS, UDA, PPLS, Oracle CRM, Teamcenter, CA Web, CIS QM (PICK), Toolbox, SSRS Business Intelligence R8, Crystal Reports, CUPS, SAP, J.D. Edwards, Showcase Query, and Shoptech – E2.
Execute total asset management, maximo TPM, PM, job plan, expanded asset detail, reporting, store room execution and training.
Operate general office equipment including copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
Customer service and telephone operations to handle customer inquiries and phone presentations in a professional manner.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED
Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing
Desired Characteristics
Proficient with Microsoft software
Detailed-oriented with ability to multi-task
Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
