The candidate duties will include: To perform research and writing for cases, prepare pleadings, meet with clients under the supervision of the senior attorney. Act as a liaison between potential new clients and the firm. Provide excellent legal services and customer service to potential new clients in the office. Represent clients in court. Essential Functions : Represent firm's s Law Office, PC with professionalism and integrity; Conduct in-person consultation; Gathering relevant information from clients, courts, and police departments; Learn to assess cases; Write briefs, pleadings, and conduct legal research on a variety of issues; Learn immigration law; Perform initial case evaluations and communicate litigation strategies to clients and their family; Work closely with the firm’s senior attorneys on case development and strategy; Filing documents with the immigration courts; Appear in immigration courts. Must have Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. Should have Admission to the Arizona Bar, or pending Bar application. Should have trong communication and interpersonal skills.Fluency in Spanish preferred, but not required.
