Job Description
Physical care and emotional support of our clients who may no longer be able to take care of themselves due to illness, injury, surgery, or disability
Must be able to care for our clients and their property with dignity, patience, compassion, and respect
Experience working with clients with dementia as well as a variety of physical needs; preferred, but not required
Must be trainable and coachable, regardless of experience
Must complete Shift Care Notes/Documentation as required
Must be able to display and adhere to professional boundaries set by company
Responsibilities
Provide light housekeeping
Run errands or provide transportation if needed
Accompany clients to appointments and assist with medications
Prepare meals and provide personal assistance with general living needs
Personal services could include toileting, bathing, feeding and grooming

Job Requirements
High school diploma preferred
1 year of caregiving experience (personally or professionally) preferred
Must be able to complete a criminal background report
Must have or obtain CPR, First Aid, Negative TB, and Arizona Level-1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to reach, bend, kneel and stand for (sometimes) a long period of time
Must have valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
